Why I work with renters!

I treat all of my clients with the same care and consideration when assisting them with properties! If you are buying and or renting I want you to have the same experience. This is my undivided attention when looking for the perfect property for you.

Renters may be working on credit, they may need a property short term in between properties or just more time to explore the homes, neighborhoods and cities that best fit their needs!

I find spending time helping a client with a rental lets them know I am there to assist until they are ready to purchase! They appreciate the time spent placing them in a rental and come back when they are ready and often refer me to their friends and family!

I find this is the best way to build long term relationships with clients and build rapport with them during the rental process. I help with connecting them to lenders and or banks that can help them with the best financial plan for a long term goal of purchasing if this is indeed a long term goal for a client.
